Most applications are approved within 24 to 72 hours; however, it can take 5 to 7 business days to process applications on pets with a high volume of applications. We do conduct background checks and require approval from landlords if you rent your home. “Meet and greets” are scheduled to make sure that the pet is the right fit for you and your family. We require all of your current pets to be up to date on vaccinations and spayed/neutered.
